Godrej Nature's Basket won 4 significant awards at the TRRAIN (Trust for Retailers & Retail Associates of India) Awards held on the 11th of February, 2016 in Mumbai. These awards judge the finest, excellent, enduring customer service story of retail associates in the industry who go the extra mile to pleasingly serve the consumers. Godrej Nature's Basket was recognized amongst all the retail companies for the 'HR initiative of the year'. In addition, two Godrej Nature's Basket employees were awarded the National Winner - "Customer Service" and the Regional Winner in the "Supermarkets/Hypermarkets" category. CMO Asia Brand and Marketing Excellence Awards were held on 31st July, 2014 at Pan Pacific, Singapore. The award function was contested by several brands across 40 countries at the Pan Asia level. Godrej Nature's Basket won 'Best Food & Grocery Retail Website of the Year', 'Best Food & Grocery Retailer of the Year' & 'Best Use of Social Media in Marketing'.

Godrej Nature's Basket bagged two awards at the 10th Asia Retail Congress held at the Taj Lands End on February 13th. Godrej Nature’s Basket was awarded ‘Retailer of the Year – Food and Grocery’ and was recognized in the ‘Best Consumer Loyalty Program’ category. The jury recognized Godrej Nature’s Basket as an outstanding retailer that is leading other formats in the food and grocery category through its consistent increase in scale and robust growth.
